2.5 hours and all I wanted was a new phone. But since they get paid for everything even transfers and updates she kept it going. "OH I'm updating this, I'm doing that, can I interest you in this?" Absolutely hate verizon.

I like going to this location for 1 reason and that reason is Pauly. Pauly has been super helpful ever since I switched from AT&T to Verizon. Everytime I've come with a problem and been angry with custom support he has calmed me down and helped me fix the problems. Super helpful and all around wonderful person and would recommend if anyone is planning to switch or even if you're already a customer and need help ask for Pauly!

The stores say it closes at 8 p.m. We cam at 7:35 and the person that was working the shift said it was closed!.. Why say put an hour of your not going to go of by it. Had to to be Verizon!

Pauly and Nadia the manager didn’t want to help me out because I’m not an American Citizen just because my ID was expired but showed them 3 other different IDs that weren’t expired I had my pin to the account and my phone number is the main one on the account when I have been a customer for 8+ years at Verizon I run into this racist people not wanting to helping me out because I’m not a US citizen accordingly to them. Discriminating someone doesn’t make you a good or better person. Legal action will be taken so this doesn’t happen to more people at this store!

Had a problem with billing. They told me to make an appointment to come back in a week only to be told that it was my fault and then to call customer service as they couldn't hep me.

Every time I go there it's a problem. First time I was there the internet was down. Second time I paid my late bill and then I was charged again in the same week. Now they can't remove files or whatever is slowing down my phone. I am over it!!!
